Professional Testimonials
To Whom it May Concern,
I have known Bill Parravano professionally over the past 20 years and I watched him develop his knee pain elimination program after he was under my care from 1997-2003.
His approach to addressing knee pain is unique incorporating indirect techniques with holistic approach that is achieving nothing short of amazing results with my patients.
What set’s his program apart is the focus directly on the body’s central nervous system and its continual defaulting to a sympathetic response while in pain. Optimizing the body’s ability to recover in a parasympathetic state is what I believe to be the source of the success I’ve had with my patients.
I’d recommend Bill and his program to any chiropractor looking for additional revenue stream for their practice.
Feel free to contact me with further questions.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have known Bill Parravano, founder of the nonprofit Comella Foundation, since 2002. As an osteopath who has been practicing for 25 years, I appreciate Bill’s dedication to this healing art. I’m impressed by the knowledge he has accumulated over his years of helping people regain their health and live pain free.
Bill has a strong background in osteopathic principles and techniques, which he uses quite effectively. In fact, he has done body work on me and I can attest to his skill. I have full confidence in his abilities.

To Whom it May Concern,
I have experienced Bill Parravano’s work as well as incorporated it into my chiropractic practice with great success. It approaches the chiropractic philosophy from a different angle and looks at the neurological and psychological components of joint dysfunction.
In my 15 years of practice, Ive noticed that sometimes the problem is not localized in the sublimation or even in the muscles surrounding the join but rather in the persons instinctive memory, especially in very painful area. I’ve found getting the person to relax through breathing and letting the person discover that the painful area can be moved without pain, then allows me to use a chiropractic technique much easier.
Please feel free to contact me with further questions.
