Heart of Horse Sense
Heart of Horse Sense was founded in 2014 to support quality, professional trauma-informed equine-assisted services for Veterans, First Responders, At-Risk Youth & their families. In 2024, our mission expanded to include the facilitation of these services. Our vision is that every trauma survivor has access to counseling and learning with horses.
Veterans Healing Farm
We create a safe, peaceful environment that fosters connection and growth. Our farm-based therapies promote emotional, mental, and physical well-being for Veterans and their families. Everything we grow is given back to our Veteran community and other local organizations in need.

First Response Peer Support Network
To provide peer support to groups and individuals, clinical referrals, community connections and financial assistance for treatment to First Responders and their family members who suffer from Post-Traumatic Stress, Depression, Substance Abuse and other family matters related to these illnesses due to work related stress and critical incidents.
