This week’s special guest is Lloyd Robrecht, a licensed therapist (LCSW) and I have over 25 years of experience in the field of mental health and work with clients dealing with a host of life issues including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma recovery, marital and family, life goals achievement, and more.


Lloyd Robrecht’s integrated and holistic approach to therapy is focused on each client’s unique issues, and goals. He is trained in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) but applies methods of CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and other eclectic tools. It is his mission to walk with people on the path to meaningful change and to help them find strength through the struggle.

As a therapist, Lloyd strives to create a comfortable and safe environment of trust where patients can discuss and explore their hardships, pains, difficulties, and challenges in life.
