Understanding Today’s Pain through Past Ancestral Trauma With Dr. Andrea Moore

“I think the biggest thing is just it’s all about getting to know yourself better and using your pain as a way to do that, that no external things can be guiding you, but it’s all about what truly resonates with you and your journey and your pain and your experience….
And trusting yourself and starting to build that trust, I think is probably one of the most important pieces”

In this podcast, I interviewed a special guest, Dr. Andrea Moore, a mom, a wife, and a recovering health perfectionist. Her entire career path has been based on trying to fix everything wrong with her. She has dealt with chronic pain, bloating, gas, post-concussive syndrome, brain fog, anxiety, depression, PMS & ADD– all by the age of 26.

Dr. Moore is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and a Certified Life Coach. She brings together cutting-edge neuroscience & conventional therapies alongside holistic treatments with a dash of woo-woo to bring you the best-individualized care from both worlds.

Dr. Moore now helps other overwhelmed women suffering from chronic pain, achieve a healthy lifestyle that feels like part of who they are & and runs (relatively!) smoothly in the background of their life while focusing on the things that matter: family, friends & finding joy in life through different passions.
